H.E. Saif Mohamed Al Hajeri

Chairman

H.E. Saif Mohamed Al Hajeri holds a number of leadership roles for Abu Dhabi initiatives. As well as being on the Board of Senaat, Al Hajeri is a board member of the Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development, Al Yah Satellite Communications, Waha Capital, Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company, Abu Dhabi Tourism Development and Investment Company and Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority. Al Hajeri is the Chief Executive Officer of Tawazun Holding and the UAE Offset Program Bureau, now named the Tawazun Economic Council, aimed at diversifying the UAE's economy and creating new ventures by partnering with international defense contractors. Al Hajeri plays a leadership role on the board of directors of most of Tawazun's subsidiaries including Caracal International and Burkan Munitions. Al Hajeri holds a BA in Business and Economics from Lewis & Clark College, Portland, USA.

H.E. Alyazia Al Kuwaiti

Board Member

H.E. Alyazia Ali Al Kuwaiti joined the Board of Directors of Senaat in 2017. She brings a wealth of leadership and project management experience as a Board Member of Senaat. In her role as Director of Midstream and Upstream Investment at the International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC), Al Kuwaiti has played a leading role in implementing the UAE's women empowerment strategic initiatives based on the goals set out in the Abu Dhabi Economic Vision 2030. She was recognized for her efforts in 2013, winning the Emirates Women Award (EWA) in the Career Achievements category.

IH.E. Al Kuwaiti is a Board Member of a number of organizations across the UAE. These include the Gulf Energy Maritime, Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development, Securities and Commodities Authority and the Abu Dhabi Fund for Development.

Moreover, she holds a Masters in International Business from the University of Wollongong, Dubai and a BA in Accounting and Finance from the Portobello College, Dublin.

H.E. Eng. Jamal Salem al Dhaheri

Chief Executive Officer

Eng. Jamal Al Dhaheri is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Senaat, one of the UAE's largest industrial investment holding companies. Al Dhaheri has over 22 years of experience that saw him serve in key management positions within Abu Dhabi's largest industrial entities; these include Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Company (ADWEA), and Union Water and Electricity (UWEC). His role in Senaat started with Abu Dhabi Basic Industries Corporation (ADBIC), where he grew up the ranks from Vice President (VP) of Aluminium, to CEO of the company, prior to its merger with GHC to form Senaat.

Al Dhaheri is also Chairman of Arkan and Ducab, and Member on the boards of Emirates Steel, and the Abu Dhabi Distribution Company.

Al Dhaheri holds a B.Sc. in Science Engineering Management from the University of the Pacific in the US and an Executive MBA from Zayed University.

H.E. Ahmed Salem Al Dhaheri

Board Member

Engineer Ahmed Al Dhaheri has been an integral and active member of NPCC family well before his appointment as the organization's CEO on 1st Jan, 2018.

Serving as a Director in the company's BoD from 2009, he has been an advocate of organizational excellence and an instigator of numerous initiatives in this regards.

Prior to NPCC he was Emirates Steel's Chief Commercial Officer, where he played a leading role in the delivery of Emirates Steel's Phase 1 and 2 expansion projects. He has also been in several senior roles in SENAAT, NPCC & Emirates Steel's parent holding company.

He graduated in Industrial Engineering from the University of Miami, in the year 2000 and also has Masters Certification in Project Management from the George Washington University in addition to an Executive MBA from the UAE University.

H.E. Noora Obaid

Board Member

H.E Noora Obaid is a Manager of Strategy & Business Development at SENAAT. She holds over 12 years' of experience and expertise across various business development levels. Through the last few years, she has guided SENAAT in its growth with integrated Strategic and Business Planning. Equipped with exclusive knowledge combination of Project Development, Performance Management, Human Resources and Strategy development and implementation, Mrs. Obaid has played a pivotal role in developing SENAAT's 5 year Strategy & Business Plan and worked on successfully implementing the Business Performance Management framework associated with it.

H.E. Noora Obaid graduated with honor from Abu Dhabi Women's College holding a bachelor degree in in Business Information Technology, UAE. She is currently pursuing her Master's in Business Administration from UAE University..
